The percentage of people who believe the COVID situation in the coming year is getting worse has slightly gone up to 37%, while the percentage of those believing it's getting better has stayed the same. The outbreak of Omicron variant at the end of November might be the reason of the sentiment changes.
It appears that the stay at home lifestyle has gradually become the new normal and the consumption patterns shaped by its influence are becoming ordinary for businesses.
