According to the latest survey by Z.com Engagement Lab on Japan's top five family restaurant brands, consumers were surveyed in two main areas: "purchase intention" and "brand loyalty."
In the purchase intention survey, Gusto was the most well-known brand among the five (92%), and Saizeriya ranked first in favorability (56%). When asked whether they would consider dining at these restaurants, both Gusto and Saizeriya topped the list (67%). Regarding whether they would prioritize dining at these restaurants, Gusto received the highest support again (67%).
In the brand loyalty survey, the highest percentage of consumers had dined at Saizeriya (55%), and when asked if they intended to dine there again, Saizeriya also ranked first (70%).
Z.com Engagement Lab will continue to track the attitudes of Japanese consumers toward domestic family restaurant brands and update the survey data to monitor market trends and changes in consumer needs.
